Our very own Chef de Cuisine, Consuelo Dos Santos Cabral (born in Madeira - Portugal) has been cooking and directing our kitchen for over 19 years. Her particular cooking style is well known among the regular visitors of Ole Ole. Whether you come for her world renowned "Sopa de Mariscos" (sea food soup) or for a traditional hearty "Arepitas" (well known Venezuelan maize pancakes filled with cheese or meat) or her popular dish "Plato Zim" (cut tenderloin meat, grilled shrimp, french fries and salad) you will always find a dish that will suite your desires.
